I just uploaded a release candidate for Universal Extractor v1.6. Details and download links can be found in the MSFN forum thread. If all goes well, we should actually have a 1.6 final release relatively soon.

Re: Universal Extractor 1.6 Release Candidate
Awesome !!!
I'm always waiting for your official release xD
But I will give you some advice... ;)
1. Better to use newer alpha or beta builds for 7-Zip because it contains less bugs...
thats why we should use "7z.exe" & "7z.dll" from 4.60 beta
2. Look on "innounp.exe" 0.23 (080824) enhanced nightly build
http://blog.skygz.com/ (use http://translate.google.com/translate_t?sl=ja&tl=en if you cant read this ;p)
http://u.skygz.com/mypane.aspx?Path=skygz%2f%b2%fa%c6%b7/ (second file from up)
Its newer moded "innounp.exe" 0.20 I think It shuol be included in UE 1.6 if it newer and contains more options and updated code

Re: Universal Extractor 1.6 Release Candidate
Thanks for the suggestions.
1. In general, I prefer to stick with stable versions rather than using beta versions. The only exceptions are usually when there are compelling reasons to use the beta version, such as support for a new, widely requested format, or if a stable version hasn't been released for so long that it's become way outdated. I definitely plan on moving to 7-Zip 4.6x in the future, as I've already seen mention of some useful new formats, but for now I just want to get a final 1.6 release out, and sticking with the stable release makes things easier.
2. This has already been discussed here.
