clickteam installers extracting

im needing help in extracting clickteam install files

ive found so far that software

total commander 7.50a + the Game Archive UnPacker Version 0.6.0.3 PRO plugin

extracts files from the exe files made with clickteam install creator

example extracted files from a BinTreeSetup.exe

BinTreeSetup.exe.000000.zlb
BinTreeSetup.exe.000001.bz2
BinTreeSetup.exe.000002.zlb
BinTreeSetup.exe.000003.zlb
BinTreeSetup.exe.000004.zlb
BinTreeSetup.exe.000005.zlb
BinTreeSetup.exe.000006.zlb
BinTreeSetup.exe.000007.zlb
BinTreeSetup.exe.000008.zlb
BinTreeSetup.exe.000009.zlb
BinTreeSetup.exe.000010.zlb
BinTreeSetup.exe.000011.unk

bz2 file can be opened in a winrar
contains BinTreeSetup.exe.000001

but thats all i can go i dont know what to do with these files.

to make sense of to get files inside extracted

i cant work out zlib format properly
tried using gzip to extract zlb files but says not a known syntax

can someone pick up from this and make a breakthough.
