Sony decides to lower PS2 price to $179

In a move to undercut the Xbox, Sony has decided to lower its price by $20. I'm sure that Xbox and Gamecube prices will be lowered sooner because of this move.

sweet. I'm not quite ready for a PS2 just yet, but price drops are always a good thing, and this will at least put some pressure on the other console companies to drop their prices as well.
