Can't drag'n'drop on Windows 7 64 bit

I use the same UniExtractor on both my PCs: on the XP SP2 it's OK, but on the Win7 64 bit: I drag an exe, the cursor changes from an arrow to an arrow with a little cross, but the exe doesn't drop. I have to click on the browsing button in order to select the file.
