This is a (very) basic test page to illustrate a problem with the oxygen-gtk theme for HTML form controls.  Checkboxes and radoi buttons, when selected using keyboard shutcuts (such as tabbing between controls), are not highlighted or identified as active in any way, making it impossible to know which control is currently active.  This hampers tab/keyboard navigation of forms.

To demonstrate this problem, simply press tab a few times and note that, while the text box and submit button are highlighted, the other controls are not.
